As required by California law, Michelman reports as follows:

Michelman relies on trusted suppliers with whom it has long-term relationships. On the basis of these relationships, concerns do not exist with regard to suppliers' involvement in human trafficking and slavery. If Michelman has a concern regarding any supplier's involvement in human trafficking and slavery, Michelman will immediately address the concern.
