Michem® Guard waterborne dispersions add optimum abrasion/mar resistance, and slip and block resistance without the use of solvents. Some also provide a matting effect for a more natural appearance.

Usage

A Kosher approved coating which provides excellent water resistance, moisture barrier, oil/grease resistance, and frozen meat release. When properly applied over a base coat, this repulpable coating is recommended as a replacement for some curtain coated wax applications, poly laminated board, and plastic bags.

Application Data

VaporCoat® 2202 is best applied using a rod coater. If applied over a base coat, excellent performance can be achieved at application rates of 2-3 wet lbs./MSF.
