Imparts a print-receptive surface to synthetic substrates to improve the ink transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available as options on both the WS6000 and WS6600 presses. The primer improves the surface of a wide range of synthetic substrates. This product possesses good stability to light and is resistant to yellowing.

Application Data
Michem® In-Line Primer 040 is designed specifically for use in the in-line priming unit of an HP Indigo WS6600 printing press. When run as instructed by HP Indigo on synthetic substrates, the ILP unit will apply the correct amount of primer to achieve optimal ink adhesion and press performance. EZ Cup Viscosity - #2 Cup, 18-20 seconds. Do not dilute.
