Michem® Lube 182

Brand Family Overview

Michem® Release Agents are environmentally friendly water-based mold release formulations used to prevent processed material from adhering to the substrate surface during molding operations. The products are applied directly to the mold or forming surface, providing easy release of the part with defect-free performance. Various grades of Michem Release Agent are designed for rubber, plastic, friction products, and other molding jobs.

Provides slip, release and anti-block properties in a number of applications ranging from wood coatings to being blended with synthetic and natural lattices. It is also a mar and scratch resistant and water repellent additive in varnishes and other coatings. This product is slightly higher in melt point than Michem® Lube 180.
