DigiPrime® 050

(Primer for digital printing)

Imparts a print-receptive surface to film and metalized film substrates to improve the transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available on the Indigo 20000 Digital Press. This product is suitable for food contact.

                             

DigiPrime® 060

(Primer for Digital Printing)

Imparts a print-receptive surface to paperboard and metalized paperboard substrates to improve the transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available on the Indigo 30000 Digital Press.

                             

DigiPrime® 1600

(Size press treatment for digital printing on paper substrates.)

An additive for size press treatments or pigment coatings to optimize substrates for HP Indigo printability. At suggested addition rate, it shows reduced dryer can buildup and excellent runnability at the size press. This treatment provides improved HP Indigo Electroinks adhesion and superior blanket compatibility.

                               

DigiPrime® 2000

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo printability)

This flexo and gravure ready product provides excellent adhesion of Indigo inks to uncoated, mottled, semi-gloss and glossy paper grades. It also improves the rub resistance of Indigo inks and does not yellow with time.

                             

DigiPrime® 2500

(Primer for digital printing suitable for paper substrates)

When added to size press treatments or pigment coatings this primer will optimize substrates for HP Indigo printability. It is slower drying and provides excellent adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks® to paper.

                           

DigiPrime® 3000

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo printability)

This product offers improved flexo press application for optimising paper for HP Indigo Electroinks®. It provides excellent adhesion of the inks to uncoated, semi-gloss, and glossy paper grades.

                             

DigiPrime® 4431

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo printability)

This patented flexo and gravure ready coating provides excellent adhesion of HP Indigo ElectroInks® to most films and papers. This product is suitable for food contact and is especially useful for flexible packaging applications as well as label production. When applied at the recommended coating weight, the optical properties of the substrate are minimally affected, so maintaining the original aspect of the substrate. This product possesses good stability to light and is resistant to yellowing.

                       

DigiPrime® 4450

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo printability)

A ready to use primer which provides excellent adhesion of HP Indigo ElectroInks® to most films and papers. It has exceptional anti-block properties and can be used for two sided printing. It also has food contact approval.

                           

DigiPrime® 4462

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo Electroinks.)

When used for off-line optimizing of paper and synthetic or film, offers improved water resistance compared to other offline primers such as DigiPrime® 6611 and DigiPrime® 4431. It also provides excellent adhesion of the inks to uncoated, semi-gloss, and glossy paper grades, as well as a wide variety of synthetic and film.

                             

DigiPrime® 5000

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo printability)

A print primer that provides excellent adhesion of HP Indigo ElectroInks® to treated films and paper. It adheres well to many synthetics including soft vinyl. This product is designed for automatic rotary screen printing and may also be applied via flexo and other methods.

                           

DigiPrime® 5100

(Off-line primer for HP Indigo printability)

A print primer which provides excellent adhesion of HP Indigo electro inks to treated films and paper. It adheres well to many synthetics, including soft vinyl. This product is designed for screen printing, but may also be applied via flexo and other methods.

                           

DigiPrime® 6611

(Near line primer for HP Indigo Electroinks.)

When used for off-line optimizing of paper and synthetic or film, offers improved adhesion properties on certain synthetics, with less need for corona compared to the offline primer DigiPrime® 4431. DigiPrime® 6611 primed surfaces may have a limited shelf life. Typical shelf life is up to 8 weeks but shelf life should be established for each substrate surface and application.

                             

DigiPrime® 680

(Primer for Digital Printing)

Imparts a print-receptive surface to film and metalized film substrates to improve the transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available on the Indigo WS6000 series Digital Press.

                           

Michem® In-Line Primer 030

(Primer for Digital Printing)

Imparts a print-receptive surface to most substrates to improve the ink transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available as options on both the WS6000 and WS6600 presses. The primer improves the surface of a wide range of paper substrates, both uncoated and clay-coated of various basis weights, as well as PSA label stocks with paper or polyolefin face-stocks, including textured papers and transparent labelstock. This product possesses good stability to light and is resistant to yellowing.

                           

Michem® In-Line Primer 040

(Primer for Digital Printing)

Imparts a print-receptive surface to synthetic substrates to improve the ink transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available as options on both the WS6000 and WS6600 presses. The primer improves the surface of a wide range of synthetic substrates. This product possesses good stability to light and is resistant to yellowing.

(Print receptive primer)

Designed as a primer for HP Indigo substrates to render them compatible to ink. It can be used on coated papers on the in-line priming unit on the W3250 press.
