Michem® Flex P1831

Water based primer for liquids and extrusion coated resins.

Michem® Flex P1831 is a primer for metal and paper substrates to promote adhesion to extrusion coated resins resulting in exceptionally high bond strength.

Michem®Flex P1831 may be applied via flexo, gravure or smooth roll coater. When possible, corona or flame treat substrates prior to priming and dry thoroughly with hot, circulating air. May be used for in-line or off-line processes. Recommended application weight for film substrates is between 0.1 - 1.0 dry g/m2.
