Ready-to-Print Substrates for Your HP Indigo Digital Press

Michelman and Utopia Digital Technologies have teamed up to develop a new advanced printing surface designed to enhance the printing of polymer and plastic media on HP Indigo® presses.

The ready-to-print substrate, called Extreva® CS3, was developed collaboratively by Michelman and Utopia, and is coated with a modified version of Michelman’s DigiPrime®. With the primer pre-applied to the substrate, it eliminates the need for press owners to handle chemicals and offers a full suite of beneficial properties never before available to HP Indigo press operators. It is available in PVC and synthetic sheets.
