Priming Solution Indicator
Brand Family Overview
VaporCoat® recyclable water-based coatings confer high barrier to paper-based packaging and wraps. Most VaporCoat grades are designed for “low MVTR”, to retard water vapor transmission in order to keep perishables fresh, frozen goods intact, or sensitive contents in factory condition. In response to market interest for greater food safety and preservation, additional VaporCoat products can inhibit contaminants ordinarily found in recycled paper from migrating into packaged dry food.See more VaporCoat products.

1) Using a graduated eyedropper (pipette), dispense 10 drops of the indicator on the treated sheet. 2) Stream the indicator across the length and width of the sheet, including edges. Wait 30 seconds, then blot the excess with an absorbent towel. 3) Check color change to light blue, indicating the presence of the primer solution.
Ensure adequate ventilation. Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition. Take precautionary measures against static discharges. To avoid ignition of vapors by static electricity discharge, all metal parts of the equipment must be grounded. Use only in an area containing flame proof equipment.
