U-Nyte™ products are fiberglass mat binders formulated with phenoxy toughened epoxy resin and compounded with a curing agent. They are used in the manufacturing of nonwoven and textile rolled goods, are compatible with vinyl ester, unsaturated polyester, epoxy and urethane, and are available in powder and flake form.

A repulpable, printable, and cold set gluable coating optimized for water resistance and higher COF. It also offers intermediate MVTR protection. Common uses include packaging for produce and meats, or anywhere packaged goods require protection from water or moisture vapor. It can be used alone as a single bump, or can be an ideal basecoat for other barrier-enhancing Michelman coatings.

Application Data
Michem® Coat 82 is best applied via off-line rod coater or in-line at the wet end of the corrugator. Dry end application is not recommended. Dilution is not recommended.
