Michem In-Line Primers for HP Indigo Presses
We offer a full line of primers designed specifically for the HP w3250, W7200 and the WS6600 digital presses. These three presses are equipped with in-line finishing capabilities, and will prime and print in a single pass.
Use of HP-recommended Michelman In-Line Primers will result in superior ink receptivity, and help you produce high quality printed output.
Indigo Cleaning Solutions and Primer Indicators
In addition to primers we offer a range of cleaning solutions and primer indicators to help ensure efficient performance with Michelman primers.
Michem® Clean 1188: Michem® Clean 1188 is the recommended cleaning solution for Michem® In-Line Primer 030 priming solution. This cleaner should be added to the cleaning tank of the in-line priming unit.
Michem® Indicator 001: Michem® Indicator 001 is an indicator solution for the detection of the presence of Michem® In-Line Primer treatment on dry coated substrates. When applied on dry surfaces which have been properly treated with Michem® In-Line Primer coatings, Michem® Indicator 001 will change color from blue to yellow.
Michem® In-Line Primer 030: Michem® In-Line Primer 030 imparts a print-receptive surface to paper substrates to improve the ink transfer and adhesion of HP Indigo Electroinks. It is used in the in-line priming unit available as options on both the WS6000 and WS6600 presses. The primer improves the surface of a wide range of paper substrates, both uncoated and clay-coated of various basis weights, as well as PSA label stocks with paper face-stocks, including textured papers.
Michem® In-Line Primer Q4304A: Michem® In-Line Primer Q4304A is designed as a primer for HP Indigo substrates to render them compatible to ink. It can be used on coated papers on the in-line priming unit on the W3250 press.
Michem® In-Line Primer Q4305A: Michem® In-Line Primer Q4305A is designed as a primer for HP Indigo substrates to render them compatible to ink. It can be used on uncoated paper substrates on the in-line priming unit on the W3250 press.
Michem® In-Line Primer Q4324A: Michem® In-Line Primer Q4324A is designed as a primer for HP Indigo substrates to render them compatible to ink. It can be used on coated paper substrates on the in-line priming unit on the W7200 press.
Michem® In-Line Primer Q4325A: Michem® In-Line Primer Q4325A is designed as a primer for HP Indigo substrates to render them compatible to ink. It can be used on uncoated paper substrates on the in-line priming unit on the W7200 press.
