Water-based DigiPrime® Primer Improves HP Indigo Ink Adhesion; Improves Rub Resistance on Printed Substrates
Aubange, Belgium (February 9, 2007) Michelman's full line of DigiPrime® digital primers for use with HP Indigo inks will now be available in Scandinavia through Visutech, following the appointment of the company as its distributor. Visutech has been the Scandinavian distributor of HP Indigo presses since 1994, and specializes in equipment for the digital and display markets.
Water-based DigiPrime® makes digital printing possible and cost effective on a wide variety of paper and film substrates Its use results in excellent ink adhesion, improved rub resistance, and is recommended by Hewlett-Packard.
Emerging uses for DigiPrime® include shrink sleeves, labels, and flexible packaging such as cellulose film, polyolefin films and metallized papers used solely or in combination, for food and non-food products.
