The Financial Planning &Analysis  Manager – Consolidation & Product is the most central role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group at Michelman, reporting to the FP&A Director and supporting senior and executive leadership across our corporate teams. You will be responsible for consolidating regional results and supporting the development and implementation of the business group financial strategies. The ideal candidate excels at performing advanced financial planning and analysis, and supporting commercial operations decisions through business insights and trend analysis.

On the consolidation side, this position will oversee the global consolidation of financial data and communicate this information regularly with senior and executive leadership. There will be significant opportunities for exposure and to gain global experience as this role will liaise directly with financial and business leaders in our Americas, EMEA and Asia locations to forecast and report on results on a periodic basis.

On the product side, this position will be uniquely situated to work directly with senior leaders in our marketing and technology organizations (business groups). You will provide financial support and guidance on business cases for new products, capital investments, NPVs, global pricing strategies and general commercial strategy across each of our business groups.

While Michelman’s global headquarters are located in Cincinnati, OH and this position will focus on a global portion of our business, this position could be hired as a remote role with some travel to the Cincinnati headquarters and global locations, depending on the candidate.
