VaporCoat® recyclable water-based coatings confer high barrier properties to paper-based packaging and wraps. VaporCoat® hinders water vapor transmission so perishables stay fresh, frozen goods remain intact, and sensitive contents arrive in factory condition. For greater food safety and preservation, select VaporCoat® grades can also inhibit contaminants ordinarily found in recycled paper from migrating into packaged dry food. Learn more about VaporCoat »
VaporCoat® 2200 is an FDA-compliant, recyclable water based coating for chipboard, SBS, SUS and kraft paper. It can often replace polyethylene packaging films used in many types of food and non-food packaging, including multiwall bags.

Description: Low odor, low MVTR, water and grease resistant coating
Handling: Ensure adequate ventilation. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. If this product contains synthetic polymer microparticles, ensure that the product is not released to the environment If applicable, the product should be mixed in closed containers to prevent a release of synthetic polymer microparticles into the environment. Use personal protective equipment as required.
Storage: Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep from freezing
